The Dashboard is your home screen — a real-time snapshot of your pipeline when you log in.
The Recent Opportunities table below the tiles shows your 10 most recently created deals.
Companies are your client accounts. Every opportunity and task is linked to a company.
Contacts are the individual people at a company. A company can have multiple contacts.
Opportunities represent active deals. Click My Opportunities in the sidebar to see your pipeline list.
Tasks are action items attached to a company or opportunity. You receive a daily email at 8 AM listing everything due today plus any overdue items.
Notes are permanent, timestamped log entries. They attach to either a company or a specific opportunity.
The Client Profile is your most complete view of a single account. Open it by clicking any company name in the Companies list.
